There's no school today due to wintery precipitation. I hesitate to call it snow, as the above picture will attest. Granted, this is the south and we like to think winter only effects yankees, but 10 years ago school wouldn't have been cancalled for this. It seems each year the world is becoming a little softer, a little weaker. We're starting to live our lives like headless chickens.
I know it's ice. It's navigable. Dangerous, yes, but it's not the end of the world. It's winter. It happens every year. Shouldn't we have learned to deal with it by now?
